CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • 3D Body Sculpt. 3D prescription design, defining the body multi-dimensionally and in all planes. Learn proper form and quality of movement, and discover deep core connection. Multi-level class.
  • Basic Step & Toning. A straightforward step workout that is easy to learn at a comfortable pace. Mentally interesting but not complicated. All levels welcome.
  • Cardio Sculpt. A full-body cardio and body sculpting workout using various equipment to sculpt and tone your body from head to toe. All levels welcome. Modifications offered.
  • Chair Exercise. Chair Exercise includes seated and standing exercises for cardio and strength training, balance conditioning, and stretching.
  • Cycle. Cycling is a motivating, dynamic, and revolutionary workout held on stationary bikes in a group setting. Taught to music by certified cycling instructors, the classes are designed to challenge all fitness levels.
  • Feldenkrais Method. Learn to engage your whole nervous system, the musculature, skeleton, and the brain. Improve your breathing, increase range of motion with ease, reorganize movement patterns locked in from injury or poor posture habits. Improve athletic skills and competitive efficiency. Perfect for all fitness levels and beginner friendly.
  • Gentle Flow Yoga. Geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. Simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, plus slower-paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class ends with relaxation. Appropriate for all ages, shapes, and sizes. No experience or flexibility required.
  • Masters Swim. Masters Swim participants must be pre-approved by instructor to join. The program is free to members.
  • Pilates Mat. Integrate breath, strength, awareness, and flexibility. Learn how to work from your “powerhouse” where your strength should originate. Core & scapular stabilization is key. All levels welcome.
  • Power HIIT. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to enhance cardiac output and sculpt your body into a powerhouse! Don’t forget to wear your MyZone belt to get those MEPs!
  • Power M.E.L.T. Method. The M.E.L.T. Method is a self-treatment technique that helps prevent pain, heal injury, and erase the negative effects of aging and active living. M.E.L.T. simulates the hands-on techniques that a manual therapist uses to eliminate stress, pain, and dysfunction.
  • Power METCON. Metabolic Conditioning is designed to target specific muscle groups, and will sculpt and tone major muscle groups and boost stamina and endurance quickly. The time is set in 5-minute intervals, with 30-second exercises back-to-back. The challenge is with yourself, so go at your own pace while motivating your METCON team.
  • Power METCON Max. METCON MAX is a slightly faster and condensed version of METCON, so you can get in, get out, and get going. Metabolic Conditioning is designed to target specific muscle groups, and will sculpt and tone major muscle groups and boost stamina and endurance quickly. The time is set in 5-minute intervals, with 30-second exercises back-to-back. The challenge is with yourself, so go at your own pace while motivating your METCON team.
  • Power TRX. TRX Group Training is suspension training that leverages bodyweight and gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core.
  • Power Walking. Power walking & intervals. Intermediate fitness level. MUST be able to walk comfortably for 2 miles. Learn effective walking techniques, improve cardio conditioning and overall fitness. Courses include Maxwell Park, Robinson Road, The Bike Trail, Verano paved sidewalks. Bring MASK, sturdy walking shoes, and water. Meet and check in at Club lobby. MUST ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY AS THE WALK WILL LEAVE PROMPTLY at 7:30am.
  • Precision Pilates. Deep focus on inner core strength, balance, and centering. All ages and levels welcome but must be previously cleared for Open Studio and/or have taken previous Pilates Reformer training and be familiar with the Reformer.
  • Sculpt & Core. Sculpt your entire body and core in this very effective workout.
  • Stretch & Core. Basic Pilates-based techniques in CORE strength and stretching. All levels and beginner friendly.
  • Stretch & Release. Increase muscle, flexibility, agility, balance, and core and back strength. This deep yet relaxing therapeutic-style practice will help you find muscle length while releasing tension. Class ends with a lovely creative visualization meditation. Suitable for all levels of fitness and beginner-friendly.
  • Water Fit. Jump in for cardio, strength, and flexibility in the water.
  • Yoga. Reduce stress and begin the process of body awareness, flexibility, restoration, relaxation, and breathing.
  • Zumba. A dynamic workout with a fusion of Latin and world dance and music. No dance experience necessary. All levels welcome.
  • Zumba Gold & Sculpt. A dynamic workout with a fusion of Latin and world dance and music. No dance experience necessary. All levels welcome.
