    Krista has a BS from Sonoma State University in Kinesiology & is an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer since 2008. She holds certificates in FMS (Functional Movement Screening), TRX Group Suspension Training, & Parkinson’s Disease & Cancer Wellness. She takes a holistic approach to fitness, & her specialties are based on the “whole person” rather than the parts. She will help measure & monitor your exercise effectiveness. “You are stronger than you think.”

    A NESTA Certified Personal Trainer, Nick has a sports background that includes golf, basketball, & competitive sand volleyball, as well as experience as a high school basketball coach. Nick trains individuals of all fitness levels & his sports experience makes him a great trainer for golfers, basketball players, & other sports aficionados as he knows what it takes to train & play. “The human body is our temple. I have a passion to teach people ways to keep it strong & healthy.”

    Alex is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a BS in kinesiology from Sonoma State University. He
    specializes in injury prevention & rehabilitation, pre- & post-surgery strength & stability rehabilitation, as well as whole body functional exercise program design for increased quality of daily life. “I believe that fitness & exercise are key to enjoying our lives to the fullest. I strive to help people of all walks of life achieve their fitness goals & turn dreams into reality.”

    Lana has a B.A. from California State University Northridge and is a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is a Corrective Exercise Specialist & Performance Enhancement Specialist with certification in Weight Management. Lana specializes in general exercise conditioning & TRX training. She enjoys working with individuals of all abilities. She will develop an exercise program that is both challenging & attainable. “More is not always better.”
