Krista Williams, Fitness Director

Krista has a BS from Sonoma State University in Kinesiology & is an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer since 2008. She holds certificates in FMS (Functional Movement Screening), TRX Group Suspension Training, & Parkinson’s Disease & Cancer Wellness. She takes a holistic approach to fitness, & her specialties are based on the “whole person” rather than the parts. She will help measure & monitor your exercise effectiveness. “You are stronger than you think.”

Alex Mendoza
Alex is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a BS in kinesiology from Sonoma State University. He
specializes in injury prevention & rehabilitation, pre- & post-surgery strength & stability rehabilitation, as well as whole body functional exercise program design for increased quality of daily life. “I believe that fitness & exercise are key to enjoying our lives to the fullest. I strive to help people of all walks of life achieve their fitness goals & turn dreams into reality.”

Marie Pampanin
Marie has been in the fitness industry for over twenty years. She is currently earning her second master’s degree in clinical yoga therapy at Maryland University of Integrative Health. She specializes in Trauma-Informed Yoga, postural issues, and breath work. “Increasing mind-body awareness helps increase harmony & balance within ourselves.”

Micah Perrin
Micah has a BS from University of Washington and is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and RYT-200 Yoga Instructor. Micah is a lifelong sports and fitness enthusiast, dedicated to healthy habits and a positive mental outlook. He has a wide range of experience in competitive sports (including four years as a coxswain on the University of Washington men’s rowing team), coaching, working in physical therapy clinics, and teaching yoga. Micah believes that on this journey called life, we can stay on our toesies and stop to smell the rosies. “Movement is medicine.”

Fiona Rose
Fiona is an ISSA and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and she is passionate about helping people get out of their busy mind and into their body so they can find their bliss. She has been a Certified Personal Trainer supporting clients since 2011, and she specializes in belly dance fitness, injury prevention and rehabilitation, low impact exercise, pre- and postpartum fitness, and core and balance training. Her approach to fitness focuses on bringing the body, mind, and soul into harmony so that you can experience more ease, joy, and bliss in your own skin. “When we get out of our busy mind, we can get into our body so we can find our bliss! Body bliss is our birthright.”

Layne Scoggins
Layne is an American Council on Exercise certified trainer with certifications in USAT (USA Triathlon Coach), Keiser Indoor Cycling, TRX, & FMS (Functional Movement Screening). He specializes in rehab exercises. “Move now or you might not be able to move later.”

Angela Young
Angela is a NASM Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, NETA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, with a B.A. from San Francisco State University. She specializes in cardiorespiratory training for fitness, sports medicine, & sports training; high-intensity interval training, muscle & strength building, endurance, & weight loss.
